MODINE PARTS SHIPMENTS FROM THE FACTORY

Modine has (2) parts plants; West Kingston, Rhode Island and Buena Vista, Virginia. Parts usually ship within 3-5 business days of order. Next day air shipments can ship early (if part is in stock) Expedite service is not available.

Modine’s return policy is 30% + freight

CHECKING ON ORDERS SHIPPING FROM FACTORY

1. You will need your web sales number before calling, we need this number to help you locate your order.
2. We will immediately email the factory with a copy sent to you.
   1. When the factory replies to us, we will reply to you. We ask you to be patient, Modine is buried in the winter months and they are moving as fast as possible.

RETURNS

All returns are subject to a restocking charge. We will accept only parts bought from Shelco Distributors within the last 30 days. Special orders that are returnable are subject to additional shipping charges.
